When we receive your inquiry, we will check availability of the vehicle you have requested and contact you to confirm details.

When you collect the vehicle we will require ALL the following documents to be produced:

Full current driving license- held for 1 year, 2 years for people carriers and minibuses.
Identification with signature (passport, id card or proof of address)

A deposit of £150 or more depending on vehicle and hirer details is payable at the time of collection, with relevant hire charges. In the event of vehicle damage, should the deposit be forfeited by the hirer, VAT will be added.

The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel which must be replaced before returning the vehicle.

Our vehicles are not to be used outside England, Wales or Scotland without our written consent.

Delivery and collection of hire vehicle can be to and from hotel, railway station, bus terminus, airport by prior arrangement
